For fabricators and foundries in Vietnam
Machine Base Enquiries From Overseas Builders
Machine builders in the US, Europe, Japan and Korea search in English for someone to weld and machine their bases. Those enquiries arrive here. If you have the crane, the table and the welders, this page is how you get in front of them.
Why fabricators work with us
We bring buyers whose bases and weldments fit your shop. The rest you agree with the buyer.
Buyers who fit your shop
Requests are matched to your crane and machining capacity, the constructions you build and the sizes you take.
Requests you can judge
Each preview shows the structure, size, weight, construction, machining and quantity, so you see the fit before you take the lead.
The customer is yours
You quote, agree terms and deliver to the buyer directly. No commission on the order.
Want help handling overseas buyers, from the first reply to delivery? Email partner at cncmachinebase.com and we will talk it through.
How it works for you
Register real capacity
Crane tonnage, machining envelope, stress relief, inspection, welder qualifications. We match on what you can actually hold, so overstating it only wastes your own money.
Get notified on a fit
You hear from us only when an enquiry matches your size class and construction. No newsletter, no directory listing, no broadcast to fifty shops.
Take the lead and quote direct
Take the lead and you get the buyer contact and the full drawing package. From there you quote, negotiate and invoice them yourself.
What you see before you decide
Every lead is described in the terms that decide whether you can build it. The buyer identity and the drawing files stay hidden until you take it, which protects them.
If a lead turns out not to match what we described, tell us and we go through it with you.
Example, not a live enquiry

|---|---|

| Weight | Approx. 1.4 t finished |
| Construction | S355 weldment, furnace stress relief |
| Machining | 4 pads, flatness 0.03 mm, 2 setups |
| Quantity | 2 units, repeat likely |
| Destination | Northern Europe, FOB quoted |
| Needed by | 10 weeks from order |
| Buyer | Hidden until you take the lead |
| Drawing files | Hidden until you take the lead |
What we do not do
No commission
We take no cut of the order. What you invoice the buyer afterwards is yours, on the first order and every repeat.
Not in the middle
We do not sit inside the contract, hold the money, or handle the goods. You sign with the buyer directly.
No exclusivity
Keep every other channel you have. Nothing here stops you quoting work that arrives another way.
Register your shop
Be specific. "Heavy fabrication" tells us nothing; "10 t crane, floor-type borer 4000 x 2000, in-house furnace to 6 m" tells us exactly which enquiries to send you. We reply within 24 business hours.

Questions from shops
How do the terms work?
We agree the terms with you one-to-one before the first request is sent.
How many shops get the same RFQ?
Up to three. We would rather send a buyer three quotes worth comparing than ten identical ones, and it is the only way the shops that take the lead get a fair shot at winning it.
What if the lead turns out to be junk?
Tell us with the reason and we go through it with you. A buyer who never answers, a part outside what we described, or a request that turns out to be a price survey all count.
Anything else goes to partner at cncmachinebase.com. Buyer enquiries belong on the RFQ form instead.
